We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love them. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product during the 30-day trial period, we’re happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not resell any returned product due to our hygiene standard and we donate all returned products to the local community.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident you will love your Bath essentials. If you are unsatisfied with your product within 30 days of delivery, please feel free to contact us for trouble shooting and returns. 

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, undamaged, unwashed and in its original packaging. 

Do I pay for the return shipping?

We offer free returns for 48 contiguous United States for oders within 30-day trial period. For other countries and regions, customers will be responsible for the return shipping. 

Returns are refunded to the original method of payment, but please note that we cannot refund shipping fees on any international returns. 

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us at hello@kosmu.co with your order number. For returns to the 48 continuous United States, we will send a pre-paid shipping label to your email inbox.

At this time, we cannot create return labels for international orders through our returns platform, so please us. We will work together to find the best solution for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes - we ship all over the world! Free free to head to the checkout section and enter your address to see if we ship to your location and how much it will cost to get there. 

Do I pay for my shipping?

We offer free shipping to the 48 continuous United States. For the shipping rate to other countries and regions, please check the exact cost during checkout. 

Keep in mind, there might be additional duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package. We will assist you along the process, yet please noted that we have no control over these charges as they are determined by the destination customs.

When will I receive my order?

Thanks so much for placing an order with us! While the processing and shipping times will depend on the items that you have purchased, please note that we cannot guarantee the timeline that an order will be delivered.


The processing time for orders is 1-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Which shipping carriers do you work with?

At this time, we ship with UPS and USPS for domestic. For international orders, the shipping carrier can be varied depending on the destination country.
